[KPhotoAlbum] Annotation Dialog with more enhancements (was 'Re: De-Selecting images dosn't work any more')

The patch is now committed on revision 1173153.

Qt isn't my strong area so I cannot really give any real hints on how to
change the cursor immediately on modifier key press. Maybe someone else on
the list could give a pointer or two..
