[KPhotoAlbum] Importing Pictures from Camera

The last thing I personally want is any interactivity.  Running the
script is one thing, but if kpa either did the import or ran the
script for me automatically (when it checked for new images) that
would be even more convenient.

Personally, I never shoot RAW-only.  I could see reasons to (my camera
can only do about 10 RAW+JPEG in a burst, but RAW only the burst is
more like 30, if I remember), but in practice in that situation I'm
more likely to shoot JPEG-only.  But to me this is more a KPA thing
than an importer thing -- I'm going to import everything regardless.
