[KPhotoAlbum] KPhotoAlbum Help

I am running KPhotoAlbum 4.1.1 using KDE 4.4.2 in Kubuntu 10.04. When I click on "Help" > KPhotoAlbum Handbook (or press F1) I get an error:

Error - KDE Help Centre
The file or folder help:kphotoalbum/index.html does not exist

If I search for KDE Handbook, several sites point to:
http://docs.kde.org/development/en/extragear-graphics/kphotoalbum/index.html

which is just a blank page. If I look at the Source, it too is blank.

Is this just something missing from KPhotoAlbum, or is it something I should install, and if so, how?
