Of course I was working from the SVN version :-)

I guess that's the same problem, but it was not fixed yet.

My patch ensures that the settings are loaded when the settings dialog  
is opened, prior to my patch the saved settings where not applied to  
the dialog.

So altough the settings where used when starting KPA, the default  
settings where shown in the dialog and saved when confirming the dialog.

When looking at the souroundings of the patch the necessity for it  
should be clear...
