[KPhotoAlbum] Patch for Viewer Settings

Hi Andreas & thanks for the patch.

As far as I know, this has already been fixed in the SVN version, see
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=220373

Is it the same problem/bug you fixed?
