[KPhotoAlbum] Patch for Viewer Settings

Hi all,

since the KDE Bugzilla is freakish slow today, I will put this on the list:

There is a longstanding bug that KPA does not remember the settings in 
the Viewer tab (smooth scaling and viewing cache most notably). I have 
finally tracked this down, please apply to SVN.

I don't know if there is a Bugzilla-Entry for this, can someone close it 
too?
