[KPhotoAlbum] Ubuntu Bug 484929 - Requests recompilation on startup

Hi,

there is a new bug report in Ubuntu for
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/484929, it states that during startup a
dialog is shown with a message about support for libexiv2 missing. I have
the same thing, i.e. starting KPA displays the dialog although the package
is compiled with libexiv2 correctly. I also see that the help-menu item that
checks for these things reports that exif support is functional.

Anything that can be done here? Is this a coding problem or should the
packaging be adjusted?
