[KPhotoAlbum] Patch: option to choose the thumnails format and how the existing keywords match in the edit window

Please allow me a few days to review it. First I'm on my way to a Depeche Mode 
concert in the other end of Denmark, leaving in 1 hour ;-)
Second, I've refactored the config dialog, so it doesn't apply cleanly, but it 
shouldn't be a big job to fix.
