[KPhotoAlbum] Patch: option to choose the thumnails format and how the existing keywords match in the edit window

Please don't use the displayed strings from the UI (that is, "PNG" or
"JPG" or how you happen to call it) directly, as this approach is likely
to produce invalid results when using l10n/i18n. Have a look how other
comboboxes in the settings dialog are implemented and follow the same
concept.
