[KPhotoAlbum] Another patch/feature from me on my page

FYI, I've added a patch to "run anything".  It allows for:

1: selecting an image or a bunch of images and then picking an
   application via a "open with..." dialog.
2: entering a command line that can contain %all or %each to run a bunch
   of shell commands.
   eg:

     cp %all /tmp

       Copies all the selected images to /tmp

     echo %each is one but %all is all

       executes the shell line once per image because of the %each
