[KPhotoAlbum] Wrong stacking entry in index.xml

Hello,

I found in my index.xml entries from a stack, looking like this:

That is two images with stackOrder="1", within the same stack.
Is this a known bug ? Any idea, how this can happen ?

I also found cases, where the image containing stackOrder="1" wasn't the
first one in the stack - is this a problem ?

I stumbeled accross this, when I tried to figure out, why some of the
stacks can't be "opened" in the GUI. The cursor doesn't change and I
can't open them. But most of the affected stacks looked correct to me.
Any ideas on this one ?
