[KPhotoAlbum] Thumbnails for images not on the disk disappear

If an image is in the database, the thumb will not be deleted (if
there's space for it around). This is also the case when the image
file itself is not around.
If an image is removed from the database, the thumb will be removed
too. This happens only when a user selects an image and deletes it
using KPA. Of course a thumb can be deleted (automatically) also when
the cache max size is reached.

I don't know what's the logic to remove the files from a full thumbs
cache: oldest first, I guess?

Yes, stored there but in different format so as far as I know, no
other programs will use, touch or delete these thumbs.
