[KPhotoAlbum] Thumbnails for images not on the disk disappear

Deleting the original file is exactly what one does when he archives images,
isn't it? And that's what the original problem is.

I followed the discussion on this list about that some weeks ago but don't
no details. Wasn't it just about using a different format but still
following the recommendations about storing thumbs in .thumbails?
