FYI: something has been fixed in Ubuntu KPhotoalbum package :)

We will have KPA 3.1.1 in Intrepid (released in 3-4 weeks or so) = the
same that we had in Hardy = the latest stable.

 * Add build-dep on libxt-dev, libxext-dev, zlib1g-dev, libqt3-mt-dev, and
   kdelibs4-dev and drop build-dep on libkexif1-dev (Thanks to Steve Langasek
   for working through this) (LP: #269916)
   - The un-needed build-dep on libkexif1-dev masked the need for the others
