[KPhotoAlbum] KPhotoAlbum 3.1.1 : compilation error

I downloaded and compiled everything (libkexif, libkipi, kipiplugins), 
in the good order (as it is on 
http://www.kphotoalbum.org/download-source.html)
I downloaded also the EXIV2 library at http://www.exiv2.org/download.html
Everything is configured and compiled without any problem

BUT I cannot configure kphotoalbum-3.1.1, and I get this error message:

    checking whether support for EXIV2 should be compiled in... yes
    checking for exiv2 >= 0.15... configure: error: Can't find exif2 run
    configure with --disable-exiv2 if you do not want it, but be warned
    there will be no EXIF support in the app then.

I tried with EXIV2.0.15 and EXIV2.0.16

I am on Mandriva 2007.Spring, with kde3.5

Mais moi les dingues, j'les soigne, j'm'en vais lui faire une
ordonnance, et une sévère, j'vais lui montrer qui c'est Raoul.
Aux quatre coins d'Paris qu'on va l'retrouver, éparpillé par
petits bouts façon puzzle... Moi quand on m'en fait trop j'correctionne
plus, j'dynamite... j'disperse... et j'ventile...
