[KPhotoAlbum] Patch: actually use our own jpeg loading

Hi,
Seems, that the (QT4 version of ?)  QImageReader::imageFormat returns
'jpeg' instead of 'JPEG' when it detects a jpeg file. Since we checked
for the upper case, our own (a bit faster) jpeg loading code was never
used.
