See edit -> open list of files
It opens a textarea with 'Enter file names' and clear/ok/cancel
buttons. No idea what this is for..

Hmm.. I compiled with the instructions on the KPA website as seen
here: http://kphotoalbum.org/download-svn.html and no --SQLBACKEND was
used..

KPhotoalbum 3.1.1 on Kubuntu recommends installing kipi-plugins but
doesn't require it. Some check or something here would be useful..
