[KPhotoAlbum] MySQL roundtrip

In case anyone's interested in the code, I have now made a Python script
that reverses the existing KPA XML file -> MySQL script, so I have
roundtrip.  I haven't added the drawing bits, simply because I don't use
those, but it'd be trivial to do.  I'd prefer to get KPA to run directly
on MySQL, also since it'd probably be a lot faster, but this serves my
purposes for now.
