Jesper (Tuomas?), you should put the mailing list conf as Risto said (reply
to all, by defaut). I agree with Risto that I seem to remember it was
changed recently, isn't? (maybe by a global change?).

Yes! I have been thinking about asking for that feature for a while!
I would use the same background color as in KDE's standard selection.
