[KPhotoAlbum] Displaying IPTC tags

Hi,
this patch makes it possible to display IPTC data in viewer's infobox
and in the Exif dialog.

It also includes two minor changes:

a) In Settings->EXIF, tree view now contains a "parent node" because I
didn't manage to have two "root" nodes in the Exif::TreeView

b) Default list of available Exif tags was expanded by Canon and
Panasonic Makernotes. It should be expanded by other data fileds as
well, but it's a boring task and nobody requested it yet :). Reason for
changing is that if it is left to be dynamically filed upon viewing
image, there's a risk of losing settings.

And for those wondering about IPTC export/import: yeah, it's on my TODO
list :).
