   Does revision 674121 solve this for you?

I haven't had a chance to try; I wound up switching my color scheme
around.  I'll try to get to test this.

   When using custom palette (i.e. dark background option) and current
   highlight color doesn't provide enough contrast to bg or fg, use light
   blue instead.
