[KPhotoAlbum] File Name: How to Display in KPhotoAlbum

I am probably missing something simple, but I would
like to be able to easily display the actual file name
for a photo after I have labelled it in KPhotoAlbum. I
cannot see how to do that. Sometimes, I would like to
modify the image using some other program, but after I
have relabelled it, I often have trouble finding it on
disk (and KPhotoAlbum crashes if I try to open it in
an external program).
