[KPhotoAlbum] First release candidate of KPhotoAlbum 3.0.2

Hi,

Because my testing didn't show the start-up time problem with 3.0.1, 
which is now fixed, I think it would be great if people here could test 
this release candidate before I make 3.0.2.
