[KPhotoAlbum] Video opening and thumbnailing in KPA

Hey,

So now that privacy settings seems to be OK, let's speak of another
subject :-). With KPA, we can now also tag videos. Great ! I've got a
lot of these and always secretly wanted to tag (rule, uh uh) them
all...

Is there somewhere described what KPA should already be able to do
with videos ? In fact, at the moment, it's a bit difficult to use it :
* My vids have no thumbnails (well, it has, but they are all the same,
the default one), so it's almost impossible to know what it is without
opening it
* To open it, the only way I found is to "invoke an external program"
(totem, for me)

So, what I'd like KPA to be able to do is :
* If I double-click on a video thumbnail, open a defined viewer (maybe
a config window to define the external prog to use would do the trick
without a lot of efforts ?)
* Display a generated thumbnail for each video => for this, under
gnome (I don't know KDE very well, sorry), this is automatic for any
video. (Technically, this is achieved by using the little binary
gnome-video-thumbnailer for thumbnailing in nautilus view e.g.)

My question is : is this already possible (or partly) and so my conf
is just not the right one, or is it in the roadmap ?

Thanks a lot.
