Just wanted to say a big Thank you! to Jesper and other that may have
been involved for making the thumbnail browser so usable.  The
combination of shift-click and control-click to select multiple ranges
of pictures makes it incredibly easy to pick out relevant sets of
images.  I've managed to cut my unlocated pictures from about 10000 to
about 200 in just a few weeks of not having much free time.
