[KPhotoAlbum] cannot compile 3-14 snapshot

I think so.  Downloaded the tar file, moved it into a new directory and

Also, I tried to compile on a fresh debian sarge box and got the same 
errors.  This box
did not have any previous kphotoalbum installed.
