[KPhotoAlbum] A few things

1) I've tried changing all of the QImage::smoothScale() invocations to
QImage::scale(), and the result is *much* faster display,
particularly if I'm displaying at something less than full screen
(this is with 8 megapixel source images). I think that at the very
least there should be an option to smooth scale vs. non-smoothed
scale; it would make it a lot easier to search a lot of images.

2) Can the survey be turned off by something other than hacking at the
code? I really find nagware to be a pain; at the very least,
people should have an option to turn it off and not get reminders
   on it.

3) I posted a patch a while back to allow the user to change the
thumbnail size -- I think that that is very useful functionality
(on my 1600x1200 displays, for example, it's often useful to use
   256x256 thumbnails).

4) I maintain two sets of images, on two different machines. I use a
script to synchronize the images. I'd like to be able to copy the
metadata from one to the other. Export/import doesn't seem to work
if my .kim file doesn't contain any images and I haven't copied the
images over (it just sits there with 0% completion for copying
images, and if I cancel out of it, it crashes). Simply copying the
image entries from the images.xml file doesn't work, because it
doesn't understand the tags from the other file.
