[KPhotoAlbum] Tokens in big xml db

Hi Jesper,

no, I did not change the xml file.
I have cut the KPA2.2 test file down to 2 entries. Then I have loaded this
file with KPA2.2 and I saved it.
After removing KPA2.2 and installing the KPA snapshot I opened this xml
file and saved the index.xml in the new format.
Both files were not modified after saving.
If the KPA2.2 xml file is ok there must be an error converting to the new
file format. I have tried this today serveral times always with the same
result.

I have edited the category section of new xml file as you wrote and it
works fine now.
