I've gave KPA latest SVN a try and I'm very happy to see how many improvements 
it has. So, I have to say: ¡Great job and thanks!

I love subcategories, video support, and the possibility of seeing images in 
natural size just by pressing a key. 

However, the only way I can see videos from KPA is invoking an external viewer 
like Xine, Kaffeine, etc. from KPA context menu. But when I try to see videos 
by double clicking on the Thumbnail, I just get a white screen and anything 
goes on.
I'm able to play videos from Konqueror (on my system double clicking on a 
video file opens an external viewer by default).
I don't know if KPA expects seeing MPlayer installed on my system. But I use 
Debian, and there is not Debian package for MPlayer due to some kind of 
license problem ( http://people.debian.org/~mjr/legal/mplayer.html ). So, the 
only way is compiling MPlayer from sources.

It seems other people is having problems with video support too. May be the 
solution is to give the user the possibility of choosing an external video 
player to invoke by default when double clicking on video thumbnail.

At the moment, I didn't find any other issue.
