[KimDaBa] Generate HTML should correct filename extensions

I believe that Generate HTML should create filenames with a .jpg
suffix, since it always create JPEG files.  Currently it generates
filenames with the same suffix as the original file, which I believe
could create problems for a browser or other application that looks at
the filename suffix, rather than the actual content of the file.
