[KimDaBa] Gentoo Ebuilds for Kimdaba 2.0

I made an ebuild for KimDaBa and the new libraries:

But then I found someone else had already created ebuilds for the 
libraries:
http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=67644

So you can pick up the KimDaBa ebuild from the first URL (which was a 
pretty trivial update) and the necesary libraries from the second URL.
