[KimDaBa] Building KimDaBa on Suse 9.0 Professional?

Has anyone had any luck building this on Suse 9.0 pro?

The configure script bombs out:

> checking for kconfig_compiler... not found
> configure: error: The important program kconfig_compiler was not found!
> Please check whether you installed KDE correctly.
