[KimDaBa] 1.0.1 debian woody pkg (and dist problems)

Hi.
Lots of things for me to ask around.
KimDaBa uses the script cvs2dist, which is completely out of my hand, and
most of the issues below refers to that script.
Please allow me till xmas holidays before trying to fix the issues.
