Version:           4.7 (using KDE 4.7.2)

Print with bottom margin of 13cm. Footer "printed: {today}" prints at bottom of
calendar and in center of calendar

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Set bottom print margin to 13cm

Actual Results:  
see details

Expected Results:  
'printed-on date line' only at the bottom of the calendar

Would like option to not print the 'printed-on date line' at all
