It does work here (Debian Sid KDE SC 4.5.2 & Kubuntu 10.10 KDE SC 4.5.3). When
kontact or korganizer is already started a click on the tray icon brings it to
top. When it is not already active korganizer is started. Alas it then always
starts in todo list mode instead of in kalender view. This happens even when
kontact is active in email view, when I click the tray icon of korganizer
kontact switches to todo list view, not calendar view.
