Summary: announce number of active reminders in title bar
           Product: korganizer
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: korganizer-devel at kde.org
        ReportedBy: Wolfram.R.Sieber at GMail.com

Version: 3.5.9 (using 3.5.10, Debian Package 4:3.5.10.dfsg.1-0lenny4
(5.0.3))
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.26-2-686

I know my korganizer is out of date and everyone is (might be) eager to close
KDE 3.x related bugs/reature requests, but I guess 4.x does still have window
title bars or anything related. Hence, here goes my feature request, and I hope
it can be implemented in 4.x.

So, here's the issue. If you happen to work on a netbook and an appointments
reminder pops up it might cover up the last bit of free screen real estate and
half of the app you're currently working with. You automatically minimize (or
roll up) the reminder -- only to be able to finish the current sentence or
whatever.

In order to get aware that more appointments reminders get added, if the
reminder window is open -- you'll immediately see/notice it. But as long as
it's rolled up or minimized -- no way to notice it ever.

Therefore, the feature I request is to give a hint of newly appearing reminders
in the title bar, so you'll know about that something's going on even if you
don't see anything else of the reminder.

Like a counter, e.g. similar to that one in GMail. (Which is: append an "(x)"
to the window title where x is a number >= 1; and don't show it if x == 0, i.e.
no unread mails.)
