Version:           4.4 (using 4.4.00 (KDE 4.4.0), Kubuntu packages)

When printing out the to-do list in kontact I get only the first page unless I
change the margin's of the page to be larger and then I can get multiple pages
to print.  The month in the title bar is always set to November for some reason
also.  This happens every time I have more than 1 page of to-dos to print.
