The solution is to install KDE4.2 and libical 0.43.

Or.. if you don't want to update yet, you'll have to edit your calendar by hand
and remove all attachments.

Your calendar file is probably here:

/home/your_user/.kde/share/apps/korganizer/stdX.ics

Delete everything from ATTACH to right before DTSTART

Backup your calendar first
