With the apparent changeover to the new ICQ login server, probably resulting
from AOL's sale of ICQ to Digital Sky Technologies, it's possible that SSL
logins will no longer be possible; we'll just have to see if they work in the
future.

Meanwhile, since AIM should be unaffected, I have opened Bug 257272 as a
request for SSL logins if you have AIM accounts.
