+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #198042 +++

AIM (and formerly ICQ) SSL login is supported by iChat, Pidgin
(http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/5366), and Adium
(http://trac.adium.im/ticket/9553). Would be great to see this included in
Kopete so that we can secure our logins as well as our messaging (the latter
via the Off-The-Record plugin).

Now that SSL login support for ICQ is a bit up in the air, due to its sale and
server change, I figured I should open a report for AIM.
