When one has many contacts, "contact online" notification becomes a pain in the
neck, and its usually disabled (at least I do), because it bothers me when I
work.
However, there are a few contacts that I would like to be notified when they
appear.

So: General notifications = OFF
Now, I would need a screen where I can add contact to override notification
setting and BE notified when they appear.

I hope this is not too much fuss to make.
