There is (at least) one meanwhile contact on my list, who regularly appears
offline, while in fact, he is online. He sees me online and can send messages
to me, I receive them, but I can not reply. I can see some other users online
and chat with them at the same time.

Setting my meanwhile status to offline and on back does not solve the problem.
Restarting Kopete usually does.

The other party uses the official client on windows. We don't know how to
reproduce the problem but have observed it several times.
