I think I fixed it.

First I recognized that I had myself in the Yahoo address book. (I'm not sure
if this is a problem, but I don't use this address book so I deleted myself.)

Then I deleted the Yahoo account in Kopete (only in Kopete!) and created a new
one. I've never seen the message box again.
