Formally, it isn't actually a bug - you are in a chat window, but the message
that is about to appear isn't (yet), so it's an "incoming message", not an
"incoming message in the active chat window" (yet). I don't think this is a
bug, but it's annoying, specially when the new message tab gets focus and you
end up typing half of a message there.

I don't what would change with the new notification system in this case, since
I'm guessing Kopete actually sees this as the right behaviour.
