kdenetwork is rev 1004829
Incoming file transfer doesn't work for ICQ. On incoming transfer request, a
button appears in chat window. After clicking Download button, a progress
notification in system tray appears, but the meter shows zero percent of file
downloaded and that doesn't change. Later, the transfer is canceled
automatically, and the file isn't downloaded. Nevertheless, outgoing file
transfers work fine.
