Hovering over the options to Open Message Instantly or Use Message Queue both
have tooltips that are very similar to the app options.

I suggest:
Open Messages Instantly
[Incoming messages are displayed in the chat window, opening a new window or
tab if necessary]

Use Message Queue
[Message notifications stack up until you act upon incoming messages]


Also, what is the point of a Queue if its NOT referring to the unread messages?
 When would someone want to queue messages if they've already been read?
