I'm still waiting to be told how to reopen this. 

This isn't the first time someone has told me reopen a bug, but no one has ever
explained how to do so There's no HELP, there's no nothing. Maybe bugs.kde.org
could be improved by making it much more obvious how a user is supposed to
reopen a bug? The word "reopen" simply doesn't appear on the page.
