Bug confirmed... but I found that in some hard to reproduce circumstances
messages are delivered... I guess it is something related to the state of the
contact, as every person I managed to speak to was "online" (but that doesnt
mean that EVERY "online" person was reachable!)
I've heard m$ have changed something in the http protocol sometime ago...
