When I send a file over MSN protocol to another user, the transfer dialog is
not opened, in the chat window no message is written that I'm trying to send a
file, so there is no way of knowing what is happening...
When the remote user accepts the transfer (but not before) the progress dialog
opens and the transfer succeeds, the file is completely transferred and a
message is written in the chat window as it should be (File transfer
/home/tomas/Nongkhai.jpg completed.)
