When having the bottom tabs, it would be nice to get a new tab by double
clicking in that same row. E.g. like it is in Dolphin, Kate, others(?)

In the case of Konversation a new tab would (probably) mean "Join a channel",
so the "join Channel" dialog should pop-up on dbl click.
